Room-friendly floorstander
Ideal for medium to larger rooms, DALI designed the Opticon 6 MK2 to be as flexible as possible. Able to operate effectively from just 20cm from a rear wall, the Opticon 6 MK2 is more room-friendly than other floorstanding speakers. Alternatively, if you've got the space, the 6 MK2's are just as happy at up to a metre from the wall. Impressive as stereo speakers, the Opticon 6 MK2's also make ideal front speakers for a high-end home cinema system.
Ribbon tweeters for the finest clarity
The Opticon 6 MK2's use ribbon tweeters paired with improved dome tweeters for sensational results. With the ribbon tweeters handling the very highest frequencies - most of which can't even be heard by the human ear - the conventional tweeter is freed up to handle lower frequencies. This means less harmonic compression and a high frequency that can 'breathe'. What you hear is an effortless treble performance full of rich detail and free from harshness.

Perfect component matching
After a successful demo at Richer Sounds I purchased the Dali Optician 6 Mark2 floor standing speakers.
Component matched my Cambridge CXA 81 amplifier and an Audio Technica AT-LP5 turntable with AT95ML MM Cartridge.
Due to Dali’s twin tweeter arrangement my vinyl records are Sounding better than I thought possible. Absolutely grabbing your attention!!

Great expensive sound
Purchased as an upgrade to original speakers. These speakers have a great expansive sound and paired with the Cambridge CXA81 also newly purchased from richer sounds give all the quality performance that I wanted.

Dali Opticom 6 MK2
Bought the Dali Opticoms on the advice from the store worker in Manchester branch. I was surprised at the suggested product and it was a little more that I was thinking of spending. How ever they are well worth the money. I wanted something I could here at low volume and these do not disappoint

DALI Opticon 6 MK2
The DALI Opticon 6 MK2 left me with a very pleasant feeling at the end of my music listening session. They give a very balanced performance. Bass and lows in general are in abundance and certainly sufficient. Mids are well balanced and clear offering a performance that is both sharp and smooth at the same time. If you have the room and the budget then you should definitely go for DALI Opticon 6 MK2 these speakers left me with an amazing listening impression.

Best in class at this price point...
Much more forward (read alive) midrange and more insightful speaker to my ears than the WHAT HIFI winning Evo's, almost makes the Evo's a joke comparison to be honest, similar clarity to the audio monitor golds (£3200!) floorstanders at half the price.
If you like details, if you like vocals, if you like accuracy. These are your speakers.
Pairs well with the CXA 81 + streamer. However when paired with a hegel h120, this made the speakers disappear and raised the bar once more. Live in happy blissful ignorance if you like the pairing CX stack pairing it's not bad! Don't blame me I'd you feel the need to buy an expensive Hegel once you hear it.
Back onto Dali...Not sure why more people/reviewers don't seem to know about this brand but you need to listen especially if you came to audition the Evo's. What hifi? Got it so wrong (almost makes me think they were paid off). This is the speaker to beat at this price.
