Not as good as a proper surround system.
I moved over from a failed Panasonic 5 speaker surround system to one that promises a similar performance. It doesn't! It doesn't fill the room anything like a full system, just sounds like a better version of the TV onboard system with more base. Disappointing after you've read the blurb!

A great soundbar for delicious sounding audio!!!
I bought this soundbar and subwoofer with certain expectations and I must say that my expectations were met in full. I have always enjoyed Panasonic products and this audio product did not let me down. I love the quality of the sound from my soundbar and the bass is introduced perfectly,it's there when it is needed and is perfectly balanced. Crisp,rich audio is normally something you would pay a premium for but you get both with this soundbar including power. If you are looking to get a soundbar for your TV for the family I would highly recommend this one as it delivers clear, crisp and rich powerful audio. If you're looking to purchase an audio system for a massive home cinema then I don't know if this would be the suitable choice but for home movie watching and listening to music with the family, perfect choice in my opinion.

Amazing, brings a new dimension to movies
This soundbar is exceptional in its delivery of sound with my UHD Dolby Atmos movies. The only downside is the subwoofer is simply not in balance, it has to turned down as it is way too strong and needs refinement. Maybe a firmware update could attenuate this.
