Freeview Play for easy access to catch-up TV
The Sharp 24EE4KD also features Freeview Play. This combines catch-up TV, on-demand services and live television to make it easy to watch what you want, when you want. It's free from subscription and compatible with existing broadband services, while BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, All 4 and Demand 5 are available without having to open specific apps, giving effortless scroll-back TV (requires broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 2Mbps).
Enhanced sound
Although the slim casing is always going to limit ultimate sound quality, DTS Virtual:X processing helps give a more immersive sound. A sound equaliser also makes it possible to fine-tune the sound quality to suit your tastes. For an easy upgrade in sound, simply add a soundbar via the HDMI ARC or optical digital connections.
Class-leading connectivity
With no fewer than three HDMI sockets and two USB interfaces, the Sharp 24EE3K is at the top of its class for connectivity. The trio of HDMIs are perfect for connecting a TV set-top box, games console and other source. With one of the HDMI sockets featuring ARC (Audio Return Channel) you get an optimised soundbar connection, too. Other ports include two USB ports for media devices, a headphone socket and Micro SD card reader.

Just what I was looking for and an excellent price
Ideal size for the room and I needed to upgrade an ancient tv to see the tennis more clearly. Also having a DVD player included is great. Using via wifi at present but easy too set up. Delivered sooner than expected too.

Really good picture, and sound not bad at the price point given that few modern TVs have particularly good sound. Good range of connectivity. We use it in our caravan and spare room. Does the job nicely.

Excellent small TV
Bought recently for bedroom: 24" screen ideal.Trouble connecting to aerial for Freeview (bad reception area)-now using freeview box + a booster.Great picture & sound quality.Plenty channels,plus the extra free ones and optional paid ones. Miss sleep, wake & dimmer functions of my old TV but it's not a deal-breaker. Excellent value for money.Richer Sounds website & service first class, with swift delivery.

The TV is pretty good
The TV is fine, decent picture and decent sound. The DV player is a little clunky in operation but it works well enough. Bought it to go in a Caravan, so DVD was important for when there is no TV or WiFi. The guys at Richer Sounds were very helpful and delivery was excellent and fast.

Bought this tv and wall mount bracket a month ago. The product was not in stock at the shop and although advised it would be delivered within 5 working days, it arrived within a day & a half!! The salesperson was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

Good picture, Smart features not so good
I bought this TV to replace a similar unit without smart features. The TV itself is good, but the smart features aren't very intuitive and needed a lot of internet research to get them to work and . The web interface is clunky and it wasn't clear how to access the usual UK TV players (BBC iPlayer, ITVX, All4 and My5). The Freeview Play button doesn't work as expected - you need to go to Channel 100 instead.
