Excellent service from Preston store
The service from Richer Sounds Preston was excellent. Staff were super friendly. They demonstrated several setups and answered all my questions.
They helped with making a good decision which suited my needs rather than selling the more expensive items.
I would highly recommend the experience.
The sprakers arrived days ahead of schedule and are exactly as expected.

Punchy Great Sounding Speakers
I wanted to upgrade a pair of Sonos Play 3's that sit in our kitchen/living area and had been looking at the KEF LSX's for a while but was torn as to whether I should get these or the LS50's.
Called Richer Sounds Bloomsbury to discuss and then popped in for a demo of both models. Alan was very helpful indeed and helped me get to a good decision based on where the speakers would be placed and also listened to.
So got the KEF LSX's and they sound great and live up to the great reviews - quite incredible for the size they are. Appreciate many may use them as desktop speakers but they are currently easily filling a 30m squared room with great sound. Without a doubt a serious audio upgrade on the Play 3's.
Granted that the LS50's sound better as you would expect for the price but they are bigger and given where the speakers were going and general space constraints the LSX's suited better.
All in all I am extremely happy with both the speakers and superb service at Richer Sounds.

Beautiful looking speakers that sound great
First off amazing service from Richer Sounds; ordered in the afternoon and delivered the next day as promised.
The speakers themselves have a lovely finish and too me look great. Masterful packaging to which properly protects the product, is easy to get into and is fully recyclable.
The important bit - the speakers sound great - I’m streaming from Amazon Music (paid for account therefore with HD content) and will try Tidal but definitely not disappointed! Connectivity on the speakers is great although I’m not actually using what is available.
The Kef app seems good so far and no issues getting it to do what I want and setup was easy. My only gripe is the remote feels a bit cheap. I don’t really need to use it but if I do it is a little underwhelming; especially given the look and feel of the speakers themselves.

Not only are these active speakers bangin, the quality of service from Richer Sounds is, as always epic! The sound stage is brill, the sound feature which impresses me the most is the scale and depth from such small speakers. Thank you RS, always a pleasure purchasing from you AND 6 years warranty thrown in!

KEF LSX II - streaming music is easy, and fantasti
Unti last week I was an old die-hard hard-wired stereo sort of bloke with a large collection of cds and a huge collection of songs on my pc. But no great way to listen to them - especially as my wife has insisted the new kitchen has no cables or wires or aerials.
Solution? Richer Sounds - for a great demo of the speakers, and the knowledge on how to get the best from them. I was thinking of bluetoothing them - until Robert in Reigate explained what a NAS is and how streaming wi-fi will produce a great souns.
Behold! All is set up in our living room and I knew instantly that this is the best music setup I have ever owned. From Focus to William Byrd to Genesis to Bach, the depth of sound, the clarity, the breadth of musical range is just superb.
I was tempted by the next level speakers, but for our size of room, these are ideal (see KEF's own site for details).
One last thing - Robert suggested some Denon Home speakers for the new kitchen, and I will be buying them in a couple of weeks! Where from? Silly: there's only Richer Sounds when it comes to listening to music!
